A resume that gets read

Plain structure, specific bullets and nothing you cannot defend in an interview.

Keep the structure plain

Use clear headings (Education, Experience, Projects, Skills) and a single column. Fancy layouts often break the tools that read resumes.

Write bullets with substance

  • Start with what you did, then the result
  • Use numbers only if they are true and you can explain them
  • Name the tools you used

Never invent

Everything on the page should survive a follow-up question. Foundryy only reads what is in your resume and never adds experience for you.

Put it into practice with live openings.
