Is Foundryy free?
Browsing every opportunity is free and needs no account. Creating an account to get matches, gap analysis and application tracking is free today.
Where do the listings come from?
From employers’ own career pages and public job-board APIs (such as Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby), plus licensed job-search APIs. Each listing shows its source and links to the original posting.
Do you include LinkedIn jobs?
No. LinkedIn’s terms prohibit scraping and its job data is only available to approved partners. We only use sources we are allowed to use, and respect each site’s robots.txt.
How do I apply?
Press “Apply on the original posting”. You apply on the employer’s own site. Afterwards, mark it as applied in Foundryy to track it.
How is the match score calculated?
From skills (40%), experience (20%), your career goal (15%), projects (10%), eligibility (10%) and location (5%). You can see each part. It is an estimate based on your profile and the listing, not a prediction of whether you will be hired.
How fresh are the listings?
Each company feed is refreshed every few hours. If a role is removed at the source, it is marked closed. Listings that have not been confirmed for two weeks are closed automatically.
Can you guarantee a referral?
No. Referrals depend entirely on the professional. Foundryy only helps you ask well, and only shows professionals who are verified and have opted in.
What happens to my resume?
It is stored privately and encrypted, and used only to build your profile. You can delete it or your whole account at any time. See the privacy policy for details.
Where do the learning resources come from?
From official documentation, universities and trusted educators. A worker re-checks every link each week and hides any that stop working. We link to the original content; we never copy it.
Can the AI make things up on my resume?
No facts are added. AI can only suggest rewording of text you already have, and any suggestion that introduces a new number, tool or employer is discarded automatically. You accept or dismiss each one, and your profile is never changed.
How do mentors get listed?
A mentor submits a profile and a Foundryy reviewer checks their employment before it appears. If a mentor changes their title, company or LinkedIn link, the profile goes back to review.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The Android app has the full workflow: dashboard, career readiness, network and referrals, proof of work and the Career Agent. It uses the same account as this website.
A listing is wrong or should be removed.
Email business@foundryy.in with the link and we will correct or remove it.
