- Save 20 roles on Foundryy that fit
Week 2–3: apply in batches
Apply to five or six roles per sitting rather than one a day. Tailor the first few lines to the role. Track each one.
Week 4: follow up and learn
Review which roles asked for skills you lack and pick one to learn. Ask for feedback or a referral where you have a real connection.
